Registration application are now being accepted. Registration deadline is October 16th.
This years theme is
"SHREK and FRIENDS "

Join us on October 31st for Davenport annual Halloween parade that involves thousands of Davenport residents and it's seen by thousands more. It will be held Saturday October 31st at 7 p.m. in downtown Davenport. It will once again start at Florian Keen Parking Lot on River Drive and circle through the downtown. This years theme is"Shrek and Friends".

Prizes will be awarded for the best entries in several categories. As always, political entries are not allowed, but political candidates and supporters may meet and greet citizens along the sidewalks.

You can stop by the United Neighbors office at 808 Harrison St. Davenport Ia. betwen 9am to5pm Monday thru Friday or call us and we will fax or e-mail you a form, as well. Registrants will receive information via email and regular mail..

Dream Home Buyers Classes

Home ownership classes our requirement of our Down payment Assistance program. Classes are held on most Mondays at 7 p.m., Persons must attend five classes or two consecutive Saturdayclasses, whichare held every 6 weeks. All classes must be completed. before you can receive Dream down payment assistance. There are no exceptions.
